Dr. Clay founded Monarch Medicine in May 2024 with a simple conviction: urgent care should feel like you're seeing your own doctor — not a rotating cast of providers who don't know your name. She sees every patient personally, owns the practice alongside her husband Todd, and has built a team that reflects her commitment to compassionate, physician-led care.

Education & Training
Board-certified in Family Medicine. Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians (FAAFP). Nearly two decades of clinical experience spanning family medicine, urgent care, and hospital medicine.
Clinical Scope
Illness and injury evaluation, on-site X-ray interpretation, laceration repair, fracture management, pediatric urgent care, women's health, sports physicals, TB testing, STD screening, and wellness injections (VIB, NAD+).
Philosophy
Dr. Clay believes every patient deserves to be seen by the same physician who knows their history, listens without rushing, and explains the plan in plain language. She founded Monarch Medicine to deliver the kind of care she'd want for her own family.
