Location: Carmel, IN
Employment Type: Part‑time

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures X‑ray according to physician orders.
  • Prepare and position patients for imaging; explain procedures to ensure patient comfort and safety.
  • Operate radiologic equipment and adjust imaging parameters for optimal quality.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of imaging rooms and equipment.
  • Ensure radiation safety protocols for patients and staff, including proper use of protective shielding.
  • Help manage inventory and report maintenance needs.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate of a JRCERT‑accredited radiology technology program.
  • ARRT certification and registration in Radiography. Licensure according to Indiana state requirements.
  • Minimum 2 years clinical experience preferred; experience with EMR systems and Microsoft Office is a plus.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient care skills. Empathy and professionalism essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical ability.
  • Physical stamina to assist patients and operate imaging equipment safely.
  • Commitment to safety, radiation protection, and infection control.

Continuing Education

Employees must maintain ARRT CE requirements (24 credits every two years) to remain registered and in compliance with state regulations.
