Same-Day Care for the Things That Come Up
STI Testing & Treatment
Walk-in confidential testing for chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, HIV, herpes, and trichomoniasis. Same-day evaluation, treatment when results allow. Self-pay available for privacy.
Urinary & Prostate Concerns
UTIs, kidney stones, urinary retention, and acute prostate symptoms evaluated same-day. We diagnose conditions like BPH and refer to urology for ongoing management. We do not treat BPH long-term.
Skin, Injury & Acute Illness
Skin infections, rashes, wart and skin tag removal, lacerations, sprains, fractures, cold and flu symptoms, and other day-to-day concerns. On-site X-ray and labs.
WHAT WE DON'T DO — AND WHERE TO GO
We Tell You What We Don't Offer
Many clinics list every service to look complete. We would rather be clear about what we actually do, and tell you where to go for the rest. Your time matters.
Testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) → Endocrinology, urology, or a dedicated men's hormone clinic. Requires ongoing labs and dose management we do not provide.
Erectile dysfunction (ED) treatment → Your primary care doctor or a urology referral. Many men's health platforms (Hims, Ro) handle this directly.
Ongoing BPH management → Urology. We can evaluate acute symptoms and refer, but long-term BPH care belongs with a urologist.
Vasectomy → Your urologist or a vasectomy clinic. We do not perform the procedure.
PSA screening & prostate cancer surveillance → Your primary care doctor or urologist. This is wellness work, not urgent care.
Hair loss treatment / Finasteride prescriptions → Dermatology or an online platform like Hims.
Annual physicals & wellness exams → Your primary care doctor. We are urgent care, not PCP.

Pro Fighter & Pro Racing Physicals
Pre-fight physicals for MMA, professional boxing, and combat sports. Pre-race physicals for NHRA drivers, IndyCar drivers, and professional motorsports athletes.
Comprehensive evaluation including EKG and imaging when required by the sanctioning body. Documentation completed and signed by a Monarch physician same visit.

Men's Health FAQ
Can I get tested for STIs without my insurance knowing?
Yes. Self-pay STI testing is available and does not generate an insurance claim. Pricing is published on our self-pay page. Walk in or schedule online — we keep it discreet.
Do you prescribe testosterone?
No. Testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) requires ongoing lab monitoring and dose management we do not provide. For TRT, see endocrinology, urology, or a dedicated men's hormone clinic.
Do you treat ED?
No. ED treatment is best handled by your primary care doctor, a urologist, or one of the dedicated men's health platforms (Hims, Ro, etc.) that prescribe and manage long-term.
My urinary stream is weak. Can you help?
Yes — we can evaluate acute urinary symptoms and check for infection or other concerns. If we suspect benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) or another condition that needs ongoing management, we will refer you to urology for long-term care.
Do you do PSA tests or prostate cancer screening?
No. PSA screening and prostate cancer surveillance are wellness work that belongs with your primary care doctor or urologist. We do not maintain ongoing screening schedules.
I need a sports physical or pre-op physical. Can I walk in?
Yes. Sports physicals (IHSAA-compliant) are $65.80 self-pay, walk-in. Pre-op physicals are $215.60 self-pay and include EKG, X-ray, and full H&P sent to your surgeon. For pro fighter or pro racing physicals, call (317) 804-4203 first to discuss requirements.
What insurance do you take?
Anthem BCBS, United Healthcare, Aetna, Cigna, and Encore/IU Health Plans. We are not in network with Medicaid or Humana. Self-pay is available with rates posted online.
