Very grateful for the care and attention provided by the staff at Monarch Medicine. I was visiting Carmel from out of town and needed immediate care for an eye issue. From the reception to my exit, all went smooth - no wait time, kind, knowledgeable and caring. Thank you Dr Clay, Todd and staff.
Absolutely fantastic! Great service and compassionate care. We got in quickly, doctor was very knowledgeable and front desk service was over the top. We will definitely be going back there. Highly recommend!

Just moved out to Indy, I was looking for an urgent care on Apple Maps and saw that this one had the best reviews by a long shot. Definitely can’t say I was disappointed. Everyone was super nice and the process was smooth and easy. I will absolutely be coming back next time it’s needed.

I’m usually very hesitant about urgent cares, this place was 10/10. The service was great from the moment I walked in, until I walked out. I also paid without my insurance, and the prices in my opinion are very affordable. Will 100% be utilizing their services if needed in the future!

Very friendly staff and quick process to see a doctor. The doctor was very helpful and answered all my questions. She diagnosed an issue and also helped me find an eye specialist for additional follow up. My wife and children have all been to Monarch and all are happy with the experience.

I can't say enough good things about Monarch. When I thought I broke my foot, they took me in, x rayed, diagnosed and referred me to an ortho. When I needed extra support mid-healing, they supported again with expert care and above-and-beyond explanation and conversation around healing my bone. Highly recommend.
