NOBLESVILLE ATHLETES & FAMILIES
Millers Athletes: Physicals, X-Rays, and Injury Care
Noblesville runs on its seasons — Millers football and basketball, club soccer and travel ball, summer weekends at Morse Reservoir and Forest Park, concert nights at Ruoff. We see what those seasons produce: IHSAA sports physicals before tryouts, sprains and suspected fractures with on-site X-ray, lacerations that need stitches the same day, and swimmer's ear in July.
Sports physicals are $65.80 flat, with forms completed and signed at your visit. Nursing and healthcare students — including Ivy Tech Hamilton County — can get school compliance physicals and TB testing handled here too.
PHYSICIAN-LED. NOT PROTOCOL-DRIVEN.
Why Noblesville Families Drive to Monarch Medicine
At many walk-in clinics, you see a different provider each visit, the scope is limited, and anything outside the protocol means a referral somewhere else. At Monarch Medicine, the model is different.
Dr. Lisa Clay, MD is a board-certified family physician who founded and leads the clinic, and a physician sees every patient, every visit. If your child needs an X-ray, it's done on-site. If you need stitches, we do it in the same visit. If you need a TB test or an STD panel, we handle it walk-in — no referral, no second appointment.
The 15-minute drive south on US-31 gets you physician-led care with same-day results, clear published pricing, and a clinic that actually knows your name.
- ✓ A physician (MD/DO) at every visit

- ✓ Stitches, splints, procedures on-site — skip the ER

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Urgent Care Near Noblesville — FAQ
How far is Monarch Medicine from Noblesville?
Approximately 15 minutes and 9 miles south of downtown Noblesville via US-31. We're at 90 Executive Drive, Suite A & B, Carmel, IN 46032.
Is Monarch a walk-in clinic near Noblesville?
Yes. Monarch Medicine is a physician-owned walk-in clinic in Carmel, a short drive from Noblesville. No appointment needed for urgent care visits — walk in Mon–Fri 8am–6pm, Sat–Sun 9am–12pm, or check in online through MyChart to hold your spot before you leave Noblesville. TB testing is the one service we schedule by appointment.
Is the drive from Noblesville worth it?
Families tell us yes, for three reasons: you see a physician at every visit, we have on-site digital X-ray so injuries get evaluated the same visit, and in-office pricing is reviewed before treatment. Most Noblesville patients reach us in about 15 minutes via US-31.
What makes Monarch different from other walk-in clinics?
Some walk-in settings rotate providers from visit to visit. Monarch is set up differently — the practice is physician-owned, and patients see a physician. Diagnostics stay under the same roof too, with on-site digital X-ray and rapid testing.
Do you see children from Noblesville?
Yes — all ages, from newborns through adults. See our pediatric urgent care page for common childhood conditions we treat.
Do you have X-ray?
Yes. On-site digital X-ray — a Monarch physician reviews your images during your visit, and a radiologist’s final read follows. If your child gets hurt at practice or you take a fall, we can image, evaluate, splint, and refer when indicated, without sending you to a separate imaging appointment.
Can you do sports physicals for Noblesville students?
Yes — walk-in sports physicals are $65.80 flat self-pay, with IHSAA forms completed and signed at your visit. Noblesville High School, Noblesville East Middle School, and club/travel team forms all accepted.
Do you accept insurance for Noblesville patients?
Yes. We accept most major insurance plans including Anthem, United Healthcare, Aetna, and Cigna — coverage depends on your plan and benefits. Your Monarch visit records live in Epic/MyChart and can often be shared with your Riverview or other Noblesville providers through Care Everywhere. We are not in network with Medicaid or Humana.
