How soon can I be seen?
We typically have same-day or next-day availability. If you don’t see a time that works, call us—we’ll do our best to help.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Photo ID, insurance card, a list of medications/supplements, and any recent records or labs. If you have a home BP/glucose log, bring that too.

Do you offer telehealth?
At this time, visits are in-person so we can examine you thoroughly and provide hands-on care.
Do you do labs and imaging?
Yes. We coordinate comprehensive lab work and imaging. We also perform many point-of-care tests in-office and have on-site X-ray for urgent needs.
How do prescription refills work?
Request refills through MyChart. Please allow 1–2 business days. Some medications (e.g., controlled substances) require a visit and monitoring.
Do you manage chronic conditions like diabetes or high blood pressure?
