Yes.  We have a limited supply of Fluzone.  This is a preservative free flu shot and you can walk in or make an appointment to get yours today.  Flu season has started, and it takes about 2 weeks for the vaccination to take effect, so sooner is better for your health.  

The amount of your co-pay depends on your specific insurance plan. Our system communicates directly with your insurance provider to determine the exact co-pay required under your policy. This allows us to inform you of any amount due at the time of your visit.  

There are many factors that affect whether you will receive a bill, such as whether your deductible has been met or what your out-of-pocket maximum is. At Monarch Medicine, we submit your claim electronically to your insurance company. Once processed, the insurance company informs us of the amount that is your responsibility, and we then bill you for any remaining balance. 

Absolutely.  We can bill these visits out as a self-pay visit, applying the 30% discount at the time of service and we then assist with any documentation that you might need to be reimbursed for the services.  Additionally, we offer MyChart access which can give you immediate access to the documents that you might need to be reimbursed quickly.  While we can participate in this way, please check with your health share program for specific limitations to reimbursement on their end.  

Yes, you'll need to bring your insurance card, ID, and the order for your X-ray. Our team will be happy to perform your X-ray on-site. We will provide an immediate preliminary opinion of the X-ray, and a radiologist's official read will be sent to the ordering provider for a comprehensive assessment. Your convenience and care are our top priorities, ensuring you receive timely and accurate diagnostics.

Monarch Medicine is open from 8am to 6pm M-F and 9am-12pm Sat-Sum, 7 days a week including holidays.

Yes, a 30% discount is available for patients who pay in full at the time of their service.   

Depending on your insurance plan, you may have the option to submit a claim for potential application toward your deductible or reimbursement. The process and eligibility for such applications are subject to the terms and conditions of your specific insurance policy.
